When I received my cosmetology license a number of years ago I wasn't sure where it would lead me, but I knew that I loved making people feel great with the help of some blush and a brush. I have been blessed to have been part of special weddings, events, and other occasions as the hair stylist and/or make-up artist.
I would like to thank all of these lovely ladies (and others) for allowing me to be part of their day
and share my work with you.

I hope you enjoy viewing what I love to do.

Raj and Tracy Chitamoor

When Tracy asked me to do her hair for her wedding I was so excited. I had done Tracy's hair for another wedding and we did this cool updo with retro curls in it. I knew she would be a fun bride with great style. We added some braids to the traditional updo to give it some dimension and they looked great. I was also able to do Tracy's mom, sister and good friend's hair as well. Here are some great shots of Tracy and her family courtesy of Lukas Van Dyke photography.

Molly and Micah Turner

Molly is a sweet friend from church. We were in the same small group when we were both single and had the privilege to pray for one another through our single lives (ultimately we prayed for our husbands too!). Molly and Micah had a quick courtship and engagement to get to the good stuff... marriage! It was so much fun to be a part of their special day. This is a couple you can tell just by the way they look at each other how much the LOVE one another. It is so sweet!
A friend did Molly's hair and I had fun with her make-up. The spring time colors were so beautiful and were the inspiration for her make-up too.

Cassie Thompson ~ Head shots

I was so excited when my friend Cassie asked if I would help her out with her hair and make-up for some new head shots she was having done. Cassie and I are good friends through church and she and I have a lot of fun together. We both LOVE fashion and all things girly. Whenever we get together we have lots of laughs and I always leave our coffee dates with a big smile. She is a beautiful girl so it made my job rather easy!

I was able to accompany her to the shoot and do a few touch ups here and there. Here are a couple of shots from the day. Beautiful!

Katie Adams - the middle school graduate!

Katie Adams and her family have been good friends of our family since she was just a couple months old. My sister and I were her first babysitters and love that we can hold it over her head that we use to change her diapers! (thought you'd love that Kates). We also did fun stuff like build forts and play dress up. I just love her so much and she is more like a little sister than anything else. It is hard to believe that she is now officially a high schooler! At the beginning of June the original Cooper family drove up to the Bay Area to share in her middle school graduation. It was so much fun to do her make-up for the graduation festivities mostly because Katie is such a ham.

In the end it was so special to see Katie light up at her (age-appropriate ;) )make-up. We've come a long way from diapers kiddo!

Here are some fun pictures of the make-up in progress.

Bryan and Alex Tahmisian

Bryan and Alex are very special people to Eric and me. Bryan led our small group, 310, within the Foundry and Alex was my small group leader. When they began dating it was really the first model of Christian dating I had witnessed and it had a huge impact on me. I was super excited to be a part of their wedding day and even more excited that Bryan loved the way Alex looked!

Bryan and Alex continue to be dear friends and we have loved watching their family grow.

In this wedding I not only did the bride's hair and make-up, but also the hair for a couple of bridesmaids and the flower girl.

Russ and Lindsey Brumpton

Russ and Lindsey are good friends of ours. We have had the joy of venturing through a couple stages of life together. We all met in the Foundry (at Grace Church) under the leadership of our beloved pastor Kurt Gebhards. Now that we are married we get to fellowship with Russ and Lindsey at Cornerstone, a bible study led by Tom Patton, for young families and marrieds. Within Cornerstone we have a smaller bible study (West Valley Bible study) that we are also a part of. So needless to say we get to see a lot of Russ and Lindsey AND their beautiful daughter Emmeline. She is one of Cade's first "girlfriends" and the first birthday party Cade attended!

Lindsey was such a fun bride to work with. She wanted her hair up, but loose and natural so we went with her natural curl. We kept the make-up simple too. She was absolutely beautiful on her wedding day.
